The Embassy of Algeria in Bucharest announces that, in accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree 25-83 of February 20, 2025, specifying the conditions and procedures for the admission of foreign students to Algerian higher education and training institutions, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research launched the "Study in Algeria" digital platform on April 8, 2025, aimed at attracting foreign students wishing to study in Algeria at their own expense.

This platform aims to introduce the Algerian higher education and training system and announce training offers open to foreign students, admission requirements, application procedures, and training costs at higher education and training institutions.
